Kind of Puma related... How did you go with the boot?

Back in the day, before I ever bought a pair of low cut black Puma boots, I had worn a pair of Ron Barassi Super Boots. They were old school high cut with nail in plastic stops. Before those I had a pair of boots given to me by a cousin, and it would not surprise me if they had been his father's. They were old and cracked with leather soles and leather nail in stops. The first time I went to play in them the club boot studder yanked off the leather stops as they had nails sticking out. He hammered in some plastic stops. When I took one of the boots off after the game I discovered why my foot hurt. One nail wasn't properly bent over inside the sole and my socks was red with blood.

Anyway, I have this old pair of boots now. They slow my run a fair bit but I am sure I'd get a good climb when going for a high mark...

Yep this is crazy.
The issue is the ones we pick are no good.
Hansen Jr, Spicer, Narrier.
We used to do really well in this area and instead of finding the next Charlie Cameron or Kozzie Pickett we get duds.

I’ve given up watching the footy so just look at the fashion. I’ve decided the shorts are letting the side down. The jumpers are excellent, the socks fine but the shorts look like training shorts or touch footy shorts or something. Makes the uniform look incomplete #my2centsworthoffashion

Does anyone have the new indigenous hoody and know if it's a tight fit? Looks real slim for my beer belly.

Whilst I don't have the indigenous hoody, I do find the Puma range is quite a slim fit. I'd suggest going a size up.

Don't have the new one but got last year's and it was a regular fit. This year's appears similar.

The Puma Jacket is fantastic but I really don't rate much of the Mitchell and Ness stuff - i feel like vintage T's have been absolutely done to death

Their earlier stuff with Richmond was cooler though - its great when they come up with original designs rather than ripping off Weg or Full Boar designs

I don’t think those ones are actually related to ‘99’ more just a ‘heritage’ piece in the same part of the website. There’s a few items in there that aren’t specifically 99.

I think it’s nice to have an option to buy that’s got a bit of a heritage feel to it without being full Royal Blue like the below.





Plus I think Boomer looks pretty good in it. I know what I’d be choosing to wear.

Why didnt they just reverse the the 2 blue colours and have the majority Royal Blue and the trim Dark Blue. I think it would have looked better . Can anyone photoshop these to the reverse colours to see how it would have looked?
