I’ll put it this way there’s no way I’m getting happy about a Carlton or West Coast win. I’m not capable of doing so.

It’s a necessary evil for death ride I guess but I’ll only be happy about Port Adelaide losing. Carlton and West Coast can get ****ed. Hope they both never win a game again except against Port and Collingwood this season.

After these two games are completed and the Walls prophecy is about to be assured - deathriders unite in prayer and grab a Judd doll, head down to St Pats in Freo and down the kaaarnt in holy water, cross yourselves, repent by repeating 10 hail Treacy’s and 20 holy Darcy’s - this will cleanse our souls of supporting the Poos for two straight weeks…

God will smile upon us, we take care of our own games, finish in second and……

Really not sure where I want the St Kilda game to go tbh.

If Adelaide win that means St Kilda's ladder position doesn't change.

If Richmond plays four quarters like the first three they played against Port they're a big chance against Collingwood imo.

If the other two results go our way I'd actually rather St Kilda win. If Collingwood lose to Richmond they're not winning again this season and if St Kilda win they'd only need one more win to draw level with Collingwood. The difference in percentage is 1-2% which is nothing - I'd expect St Kilda to have better percentage of they win two more games than Collingwood.

As I said a few days ago we want Adelaide winning as much as possible for four reasons:

• Them staying above St Kilda
• Them potentially rising above Collingwood
• A win in the showdown would be another loss for Port
• A win or two against top eight contenders makes Freo's life a little bit easier. It'd be nice if it was mathematically impossible to miss finals in 2 or 3 weeks.

I watched a mock draft yesterday and it seems like most of the top 10's are basically all mids at this stage.
If we can't get any trades done this year, I wonder if the Collingwood pick packaged with Saints' second rounder would be enough to tempt the Eagles for their future first?

I'll just take the thread ban over hoping Carlton win their next two games. We're still a chance for top 2 or 3 if other sides falter and we don't.
