God I love the little champ, my first Tiger hero.View attachment 2092540
I've started a petition to bring back the traditional lace up jumpers. Surprisingly the W's entire 6 fans are enthusiastic and want it in the W too.

He'd fit right in at Carlton, turn all their 'tests' into '1-2 weeks' into 'he's got a sore ankle so we've sent him for shoulder surgery'.I hope he gets another AFL gig. Let him ruin one of our opposition.
, but took two seasons. We can’t have this happening again as it’s cost the club literally millions on players sidelined, medical bills, failed team performances leading to low attendances and loss of possible memberships.Easiest decision the club ever made

We need to be more proactive and smarter when the wheels start falling off. I’m really disappointed in Gale for allowing it to go for so long.
Bullshit and stop making crap up to cover your embarrassing efforts in defending this guy. And you’re still doing it more in attempting to save face. In 2016 we sacked all the assistants and spent money on a review and invested in a FD. Paid for Dimma’s course in Harvard etc etc. The club was tracking ok up to 2015 and when it shit itself they acted immediately. We allowed this bloke to totally ruin some players for two seasons and provide a below standard program so much players wanted to leave. You don’t **** around with players health or fitness as you can leave yourself open to lawsuits. What an absolute nonsense post Go and hide in shame and stop trolling.Good organisations allow people to fail before they get jettisoned.
Going by your theory the club should have acted in 2016 to overthrow the board, sack Dimma, sell players and rebuild etc.
What a cop out.Good organisations allow people to fail before they get jettisoned.
What a cop out.
Good organisations don't employ people who are allowed to fail to the point of almost single handedly bringing performance to its knees.
And wood in your pants.Brings a tear to my eye.

Go away as you’re embarrassing yourself. Allowing a bloke to tinker with People’s health. Go and take a rest mate as you must be tired or sad that your mate has been sacked. Or are you Louie? You get a lot further showing faith in people than sacking people at the first sign of poor performance. His time had come and he will be seen by most as having failed. But that just puts him in a long line of people you had written off befre acceptances and sometimes after acceptances who succeeded.
I will back the club's decision making until it is clear their processes are wrong.
