In all seriousness, if anyone struggles with their mental health or just wants a bit of a life circuit breaker, cold water exposure can be an elixir for a lot of people. It is one of those wanky things that really does work. There is science behind it. There is logic behind it. And for some people it can change their life.

It's worth exploring for no other reason than if Pendles does it, there must be something to it.

Does he have an ounce of fat left on his body? The dedication is astonishing.

He's nuts, but it's got to be remembered that it is their job and there's only so many hours a day you can do the job without over-stressing the body. It's a lifestyle to be envied - despite the lack of beer and late nights.

Envied?!?

I have no doubt that Pendles is living his best life, and whilst it might seem idyllic I’d reckon that the reality of it wouldn’t be for everyone.

Nothing wrong with pineapple on pizza.

I’m with you.

But we need to be understanding and non-judgemental of those good people who have taste palates that are not as sophisticated or evolved as ours.

Yep. There's a bunch of ridiculous rules following knobs who I liken to flat earthers. It's science - the sweetness and acidity of pineapple can be an ideal regulator for the saltiness of other common toppings.

So shower thought: We didn't draft a player born after Pendles made his debut, on June 3rd 2006, but he will definitely play AGAINST his first players born after his debut this year. Sam Lalor, Sid Draper, Levi Ashcroft and Leo Lombard are some of the bigger names to be born after Pendles' debut.

2 kinds of people in the world:

1 - Those who enjoy pineapple on their pizza. (That's you, Savvy)
2 - Decent folk with good taste in food.
