Why punish more harsh because they’re in the ez?
Because the refs already give more benefit there. If that was at the 30 it would of been called.

Look at SNF the Goff spike at the RB feet when he was still blocking let go because it was in the endzone, Darnold gets out of the pocket and it was called because it was at a random spot on the field

My issue is that if they called it grounding and a safety would many of really cared. Yeah he might of got a yd or so outside the box but clear throw away to save a down no intention to throw to a WR

This game stinks.

Herbert is the poster child for his class of QB I think - he's very good, he has flashes where he's great. But he's ultimately a hinderance to his team, cos he's not good enough to win a SB, but he's way too good to replace, and meanwhile you're going to pay him $50-60m and be unable to consider looking at other options.

Ironically, I feel like Stroud might be heading down the same path.

Herbert is a terrific QB but Texans D have been playing great

Im still a sucker and happy to give Herbert as many excuses as necessary until he does something. :tearsofjoy: Previous years it was coaching, this year its throwing to terrible players other than Ladd. Clearly a bottom 5 team in terms of weapons.

Legit how the **** are the charges losing this game?

Texans D playing better and O has been more productive . Not sure how Chargers have been more deserving so far
