I get the list fit argument given his athletic profile. But his ability to go forward looks like a weapon. And he’s a fair bit younger than the likes of Viney Trac and Clarry. Personally I think we've got a good one here. He can certainly work on his explosiveness.

I think he’ll be lucky to survive a mediocre season TBH. With the list we have he should be making finals unless there’s some catastrophic injuries.

Surely I’m not alone in thinking Goody is on watch this season. There were a few changes done around the review and probably wasn’t time to ditch the coach. Although I would have been fine with it. IF they had the right candidate. I think if we have another poor season he’ll be axed.

Apparently he signs his autograph with number 34. Not sure if he did that just for the dees tragics though. But 34 is free at the dees. Maybe he’ll ask Ben King to vacate the number 34 at GC.

With Petty back it’s definitely Tmac as depth if all key defenders are available. He was really good last season Tmac.

Explosiveness can be worked in and improved. Overall speed not really. I can see him at some point getting into some training specific to explosiveness off the mark.

Not ideal. But at least Max is the ultimate professional. And in great nick as it is.

I’m not too concerned about Langford. He’s about 4 weeks into training. It always takes time to adjust. The lack of pace was always there but he has size and a presence. Could see him spending a fair chunk of time forward next season.

I don’t think I’ve heard of his DNA being found.but maybe wasn’t mentioned as wasn’t a full match.

Reality is we have nowhere to build that’s within a reasonable area for fans and players. It sounds a bit strange to put in the middle of a race track but the plans look pretty good if we can get it going.

Yeah he probably could have inflicted the head injuries etc. but the way she was tied up and the note. He wouldn’t have done. Not without help. So the parents covering it up theory could come into play there. But it’s a very odd way to deal with your son killing your daughter.

The recent Netflix doco was good. The media really slammed the parents.

I don’t think the brother was capable of all the injuries and tying her up like that. Also he was cleared via DNA.

I think it’s unlikely the parents were involved. Particularly with the DNA evidence. I kind of feel they focused on the Ramsey’s too closely and perhaps overlooked other evidence early on. The whole case is quite sad.

Trac is in another level with his training and preparation. Only a small percentage of players fall into that category. Clarry was pretty full on with his training a few years back. Not sure he’ll get back there.

Realistically with our current List we should be pressing for finals in 2025. Agree Clarry could be elsewhere in 2026 and that we’d also need the right deal to get it done. The problem is going to be his huge salary. And who pays it. Doubt he takes a pay cut unless he’s playing up again. But in...

No denying he isn’t at his peak. But he’s at least positioned to get himself in a better position come round 1.
