You can understand Division 3 having it this year given the number of clubs. A final 5 with 10 clubs per division could prove problematic.

Coburg as a club is struggling on the field in the VFL. There is the potential they could join the VAFA full-time if things don't turn around. They do have strong financials off it though. Sandringham don't exactly make a lot of money out of hosting VAFA finals every year.
