A lesson for all teams setting England totals for 4th innings chases. They hate draws and will try and chase anything so you can allow yourself to bat more time and set bigger totals knowing they will try and chase it and in trying to do so they will get out. Rather than needing to "dangle the...

At Perth Stadium in T20s he avgs 39.17 at a strike rate of 147. Everywhere else he avgs 22.80 at a strike rate of 138.
Also has a great record at the MCG (avg 60.50, strike rate 153) which has similar dimensions.
I can remember you mentioning this at some point before and I went looking for the match. The only one that I could find was NSWs 2nd innings of this match and Bracken comes out at 3 just after tea some 32 overs before stumps on day 2...

Granted you're still correct re. what they were hoping for but at the same time in New Zealand you're not really bowling first so you can bowl first you're really doing it so you can bat last. Pitches get better and better for batting as the matches go on over there.
He retired from Test cricket and is currently under investigation in a murder case from his time as a member of Bangladesh parliament. Yes seriously. He's an absolute headcase.
He had to pull out of his farewell Test due to public pressure/being advised he shouldn't travel to Bangladesh.
