Looking for two barcodes if possible! As much as I'd love it to be Freo out there next weekend, Doggies are my next favourite thing! Either way, best of luck next weekend :)
So basically our gameplan revolves around having a key forward who can contest a mark? And if we don't have that, we fall into a big pile because our skills aren't AFL standard and we have no backup gameplan? Sounds like we are heading in the right direction
We aren't in the middle of the journey - we are basically at the end according to the senior coach timeline. He said there was no reason why we wouldn't be contending for a flag in 2020. At this stage, we are more likely to be contending for the spoon next year
On the point of bringing in Assistant Coaches who are actually decent - again that is not going to happen under Ross. Apart from Kirk, we haven't had a capable one in 8 seasons. They don't want to work under Ross and unless there is an agreement they will take over from 2021, they won't bother...
Why are people comparing West Coast losing Mcgovern, JK and Kennedy to us losing Pearce, Taberner and Hogan.
Those three at West Coast are in the top 5 in the competition for their position. Pearce could have gone close to AA this year, but Taberner and Hogan (at this stage with his injuries)...
So the list is basically cooked. Name a team that has ever gone close to or won a premiership without a close to elite midfield.
Taberner and Hogan have had major foot injuries two seasons in a row. Lobb has shown he can play in the ruck, Darcy is many years away from having a tank to be...
Banfield, Crowden, Carter, North, Mccarthy, heck even Colyer would have made more sense.
Would love to know the reasons why you'd play three ruckmen, two of whom can't actually mark the ball, against the fastest team in the competition. Oh also that same team we managed to beat earlier in the...
Cotchin, Shuey, Neale, Mitchell, Treloar, Gaff, O'Meara. The list really could go on. Sure some might be able to rest forward, but they aren't any good up there.
Eagles cop plenty of negative press when given a chance (see Gaff last year). But other than a field off field things, their on field performance allows them to cop all of the positive press and deservedly so. Not only are we a rabble on field, but over the last few seasons we've been just as...
Well that is just rubbish. Excluding the North game, we’ve played defensively all year. We were just fortunate that Walters played miraculously for a few weeks, otherwise we’d be bottom 2.
100% speaks to Ross and his inability to know anything other than playing defensively
Would love to know where these clear improvements are?
Defence is similar but younger. Midfield is heavily reliant on an aging Mundy, injury proned Fyfe and some miraculous games from Walters. Forward line, bar Gold Coast, is the worst in the competition. Oh and we are the least watchable team
Just about the most meaningless stat anybody could bring up. Eagles gameplan revolves around teams turning it over inside their 50. We are just the best in the comp at doing this
Showing evidence wouldn't be a good thing for Jesse. Have seen a few photos floating about that I wouldn't be sharing on these forums for good reasons. Let's hope he gets pulled in line properly by the club
Probably a good thing this one has found its way into the media - he hasn’t been the greatest role model off the field since he’s come to the club. Hopefully this is a wake up call
Such a joke that you can't change multiple seats online in the one hit (the FAQ and instructions look like they were done up by a vacation worker). Sounds like will need to either call the club to do it, or each individual person in a group has to login and change seats at the same time.
If Hogan is fit he doesn't need to earn his spot - he is a lock. He can play anywhere in the front half
There is still a spot for Tabs even with Hogan and Lobb. Just not sure if it also means Cam and Cox can both fit into the side as well.
Well obviously, but I highly doubt there are 2 or 3 elite forward pressure forwards out there who can also kick goals.
You also don't need 6 forwards scoring 40+ goals a year.
