Yeo I wouldve thought is way more of a flashy player than classy. Had the lowest DE of all the Eagles midfielders. But oh boy can he take some cappas/kick a goal from outside 50 when he wants to

As Carbon chaos said! But, if you have any spare time watch some of Oscar Allens highlights or the next East Perth match if he's playing. He's a super impressive forward! I don't think I've seen a player who takes marks when the ball is at its' highest point so consistently. Definitely looks...
The problem is that I don't know if the supply is there any more. No Gaff and I'm not shuey can reach the same lofty heights without Nic Nat being our number one ruck/rover combination.

Shame, that is the only blaringly obvious player type that the Eagles are lacking. Especially since disposal efficiency tends to be one of Simpson's pre-requisites as made evident by the current squad. I assume eagles will take best available come draft day again then.

4. Nic Nat - set up every thing, no where near full game time, still 39 hit outs
3. Shuey - terrific vision and work with nic nat was first class
2. Shred - fought hard
1. Gaff - is gaff

Because they're very different positions? The reason he's getting all Australian positions at half back is because he's good at it. He was un-doubtedly one of the best in his position last year. Contrary to your beliefs not just anyone can play half-back just ask Cole and Nelson.
