I agree but we are getting beaten as a team against better oppositions, hence everyone's output is decreased anyway. We were a young young side today and I think you have to give credit where credits due. I'm not saying he is a favourite but he is a young midfielder covering lots of ground...

I feel like Shuey is being a bit under rated in this thread, he showed great leadership today I think with a few key mature players out, giving advice to some of the younger blokes in a side that looked like it had potential.

I absolutely second this and hope you're right.

Ok, alright, I agree, he's not an "elite" and he isn't going to be in our next premiership but all I'm saying is I would much prefer have a Rosa playing over someone like Gaff who I find (or any under performing mids), has been one of our worst midfielders who really hasn't done much this season...

I think something alarming about the current Eagles senior list is that out of the 42 First year players in the AFL we only have ONE player, which is Dominic Sheed at 31/42 players, especially when we are currently entering a rebuilding stage of our club (midfield).

Not sure if trolling. Rosa has potentially been our best midfielder this season although that doesn't say much, but either way, he isn't going to get better at playing harder footy by sitting in the grandstand for the rest of the season, I guess on the positive side it at least gives a chance...
