Next week trades will likely be Atkins/Gibbons>Stack and English>Mumford.
Trying to decide whether Atkins/Gibbons>Wagner/Lockhart is worth it this week. I'm guessing neither of those Melbourne fellas has a whole lot of JS?
Could also consider Hore>Markov/Lockhart, but I think I'd rather use...
Hey, haven't really been on the Fantasy forum before, its usually my lowest priority behind SC and NRL Fantasy & SC. I do love the use them or lose them trades though. Off to a decent start in all formats and thought I'd come here for some ideas. Btw, anywhere easy to find BE's? I know Footywire...
Me too. Had him him sitting pretty at M1 in my team all week, vc ready to roll. Had to sacrifice Doedee and Telly to get him, but was happy to back Murray and Finners to hold the fort for a few more weeks. Now this nonsense and instead of being able to afford Macrae I'm bringing in Grandpa...
Banfield>Spargo is almost certain. Leaves me with 450K.
Other options are
1. Naughton> Danger/Macrae/JPK via Finlayson
2. Billings>Ronke to reset in the FWD line and try to make back some of the money he's lost before grabbing Gray after his bye. Would have 700K if I go this way, and could go...
Really hope Cogs is just struggling a bit with that shin knock and will come good again, don't need to be thinking about trading him with all the other moves on the table. Looked like he didn't want to run with the ball last night, just getting it and hand balling quickly and invariably missing...
Hmm. Tricky week. Maybe Holman> Duman/Cole, Finlayson to M8. That should allow me to do Kelly>Danger as well, or might have to wait a week for the gap to close a little more if I go for Cole.
Garlett>Guelfi
Next Week
Naughton/Brayshaw>Duman
Kelly>Danger
Still need the Kelly to Danger gap to close a little to make it happen, but should be okay.
First thoughts are Hibberd>Bonner and Venables>Taranto.
Seems a bit mad to go premium/rookie to two mid-pricers. If Bonner can match Hibberd for another month, then I can use the 300K to shore up my forward line so that I only have to play one of Ryan/Fritsch/ZGL each week.
Could also use it...
Somewhat relevant. The better the cows moo, the less merit there is to the argument 'how are you going to afford to get Danger in if he doesn't drop in price'.
I don't want Dangers bad score today. Anything under 130 is fine today, same next week. It's the week after that when a sub-100 would be lovely to roll through his price changes for a few weeks.
No it isn't. You don't make the gap between say Brayshaw and Fogarty twice. All that matters once you have them is the price they get to, doesn't matter anymore what price they started at.
Personally I think Brayshaw>Fogarty or similar would be a borderline wasted trade. Yes you pocket 80K, but...
At this stage Cameron/Venables/Ryan> English.
Maybe Naughton> someone, but not sure if I trust any rookie refs I don't have, maybe Murphy. Hopefully Naughton goes well today.
Could also ditch Garlett or Hibberd, but probably won't.
Hope ZGL and Fritsch are okay after their issues yesterday.
Even if you don't kick it to yourself, an effective kick-in is worth a point in SC. First thing Finlayson did yesterday was a pinpoint kick-in to a player on the 50 and got a point for it in SC before registering any stats. Obviously kicking it to yourself is preferable.
Went Rayner>Graham. Stuff it, being aggressive, not letting the 'Rayner might score 100, Graham might score 60' stop me. Think Graham will be 15-20 points better on average for 10 weeks, hopefully gets to well over 400K.
