I disagree Kildonan, he had 36 but went at 58% disposal efficiency (2nd lowest on the ground) & thought most of his disposals were rushed kicks that ended in either turnovers or put a saints player under pressure.. thought he tackled well but looked fumbly a lot of the time.

I picked this.. knew it was gonna happen.. we have not played marvel well all year.. If I received a dollar for every time we had our kicks or handballs smothered today I would be laughing all the way to the bank. No composure, couldn’t handle Ports pressure.. miss kicks and I’m disappointed...

Yeh I would say hanners to play probably 3 games in the VFL and then he takes connolly’s spot. Not that Connolly has done anything wrong. I quite like him but hanners can change games.

I thought about this a couple of weeks ago.. members would be a very good intercept defender.. and like you said.. a reliable kick out of defence is always needed.. I’d definitely trial it if our forward structure was set & somebody replaces membrey as a forward target.
