Thanks for the response NB, I dropped them an email last week - no response. Maybe its something to do with the facility being used for COVID Vax.

Does anyone know if the clubs membership team is working at the moment? I have tried to call them yesterday and today without anyone answering. I love our theme song but after about 10 renditions I start to go a bit troppo. And apologies for using the wrong tread for the question :)

As posted earlier, I had all sorts of drama's getting the Ticketex website to recognise my membership number (I'm a Ballarat member) so I called the club and they were fantasitc, they have sorted me out with two tickets for the game - absolutly wrapt!!

I'm using the website that was linked into the members email yesterday....will keep perservering :)

Has anyone had issues with the Ticketex websight does not recognising membership bar code numbers? I will give the club a call and see if they have any tips as well.

Can anyone tell me if Ballarat members can just rock up to Mars Stadium with their membership card to gain entry or do we have to book via Ticketex??
