They've charged him w/ murder. So the police clearly have some information/evidence that directly links him with a her -body and or death, irrespective of the phone found. he conjecture on what that is, is the most interesting point.

i wonder if he is autistic. That is, his response post the accident and how he presented. To be clear, he is not devoid of empathy, nor are autistic people. However that particular neurotype fits into how he has allegedly presented, and processed the events.

Thanks, I wasn't aware of the media reports - so if he is thinking of taking his own life - then there is a presumption of remorse? Not that feelings about the experience post hoc, contribute to the outcome of the trial... and doesn't speak of someone who is 'cold blooded' or 'remorseless' -...
