The stats were done on McSweeney when he has had to come in early for SA. He fails, his form is good but not when he has had to come in really early.

I have been saying constantly to open with Head or another established player up top to save us the trouble of looking for openers we don’t have. We know McSweeney isn’t an opener and Khawaja was going to retire so instead of looking for 2 openers we don’t have, it would be much easier looking...
