You're the one kidding. Pattison wouldn't be worth Griffen's bootlace. Griffen's 22, he's 202cm tall, very athletic and has a load of potential. Do you even watch football?!
I remember when Scott Watters (i think playing for Fremantle) relieved himself in the midst of a huddle during a break... I think he got fined and nobody really seemed to make a big deal about it at the time.
Have a ____ing cry! All I said was he got a lot of ball and the AFL looked at that as deserving of a RS nomination. I didn't see Tuck get a nomination when got just as much of the ball and used it better. I don't need to explain my ____ing POV you dick.
I also said he'd be a top player...
Okay, I went and had another look. Out of the about 11 kicks shown in the video, he hits his targets 4 times. The others were pretty much just bombs forward.
Without watching the game and looking at his stats, he had 15 kicks and video showed 11 which were supposedly "highlights"... So I find...
Has anyone seen the "highlights" video of Palmer's Rising Star nomination? http://bigpondvideo.com/afl/45806
It shows him on at least a dozen-odd occasions either missing his target or putting a team mate under serious pressure. I'm sure he's going to be a top player in the future... it shows...
POTY
5. Douglas - Best game thus far, hopefully can maintain this form, some important goals.
4. Vince - As above.
3. Johncock - Was important in defence.
2. Bock - Does it all, defends and attacks, Current AA CHB
1. Goodwin - Another great game from the Skipper. Sharp-shooter.

I don't think he has an attitude problem, but if he does, it wouldn't have been helped by Carlton drafting him into their leadership group as an 18 year old going into his first season.
For what it's worth, I reakon Gibbs is a gem and I'd be stoked if the Crows traded for him. Carlton's loss.
Can anyone recall why that free-kick for Duggity was reversed? The one in the final quarter where he trapped Stewart holding the ball?
I thought he had a descent game up until that point, but almost lost the plot after that incident, when Port went straight the other way to score that crucial goal.
There's no doubt that taking a bone-jarring hit, especially unexpected, from a Brogan intent on causing damage would hurt. Jericho would have been hurting for sure, but I tend to agree with DANDY that he stayed down longer then necessary. He was playing the sympathy card... Sure he came back...
I think you have no appreciation for the game of football. I'm not going to get into a big debate over how good Riewoldt is... can't be bothered.
However, you make mention of him constantly taking his marks on the wing... you consider this a bad thing? Taking pressure off of your...
What about Scott Thompson? He is only 24 and polled 18 votes in the Brownlow last season. This guy has lots of improvement to come and is already clearly superior to all of the Carlton midfielders/players excluding Judd.
I look forward to seeing Gibbs run out in Crows colours for years to...
Here are some stars of the game...

Talking about transitions from 2008 to 2009. It's interesting to note that the Crows used up 7 draft picks this pre-season in what was supposedly a "weak" draft. You would assume that most of these kids would get the two-year minimum to prove their worth and thus be there 2009.
Now the 2008...
The pics are fantastic! Cheers!
Douglas really does look a lot heavier. Looks to have put in some hard work. That's probably what was hold him back a little last season... so it looks like he'll be firing up 2008!
Re: ND Pick # 10 - Patrick Dangerfield - Geelong Falcons
I look forward to trading this guy for a 3rd round pick in 2009! Well done Crows! Well ****ing done!
Sure Torney's getting on in age, but he had a top season and was one of the most consistent performers all season. Had Franklin not kicked that final goal, Torney would've been hailed a bloody hero!
I think AFC would be setting the wrong example/impression by letting Torney go. It would be...
Do Port have their eyes on Mattner? I fail to see where he would improve their side and why'd they be interested. I can understand Sydney's interest though...
Noooooooo!
Doughty is useless. The guy's played 100 odd games and in only a handful has he done anything. He can't negate an opposition player and can't hurt oppositions when loose. What does he do? Take a mark, stop, prop and look for a backward handball? CONSTANTLY! He hasn't improved one bit...
Yeah the Crows were also "lucky" enough to beat the Port both times this season. I think even Carlton would have done better in the Grand final then Port... and they wouldn't even have been trying! :D
You quoted four players? How many players does an AFL team require? Unlike Hawthorn, the Crows don't rely on a handful of players to win games. They proved this last season by making the finals despite the most significant injury list in the league.
You are demonstrating how little you know...

If what's written is true... with Carlton/Richmond declaring they'll be passing with their PSD picks, then the Crows will be receiving sweet **** all for BOTH Meesen and Hudson.
