Yes, this is the angle we need to take in bluffing.
Start talking to clubs about what we could get for our first rounder. Then they'll really think we don't consider him worthy of pick 8.
Yes Jonnoo there is an "auction" done even prior to the trade period (so you can't trade away your picks and use a 4th rounder or something.
There's no way we can miss out on him though (unless we think he wasn't worth our first rounder and chose not to use it if a team bid their first rounder).
What does that make Boomer?
I always thought I was the same height as him, but after having a photo with him I realized I had a centimeter or two on him, much to my pleasure (there's hope for my kids yet!)
Last 5 games vs Geelong @ Etihad

34152 R2 2013 Away Sunday
29630 R3 2012 Home Sunday
38373 R11 2008 Home Friday

Pretty decent fluctuation there based on the context of the season.
However vs Carlton was our worst for quite some time...
Showdowns are always going to be tough contests, you can't go by that.
The blues have dropped off. They aren't the same team that beat the Eagles in perth.
Port will be firm favorites and will win.
He is. Friend spoke to him last week and he said he is enjoying playing there :thumbsu:
Wonder if there are other players playing out of their comfort zone.
Who might it be from? I'm thinking Hansen
If not in the title, i'm sure it will mention that injuries are not an excuse whilst alluding to it not being a fadeout.
A few responses:
- not many players have a set shot at goal, so they wouldn't have their names splashed on the screen
- people watching at home don't have a copy of the footy record, so can't just see who spoiled that mark, also they have to rely on the commentators getting the names right...
Firestarter - Prodigy
The Pretender - Foo Fighters
Given our current inability to fix those pesky little things that we seem to know are the problem....
Communication Breakdown - Led Zepplin
Where's your head at - Basement Jaxx
For round 21:
The pills won't help you know - Chemical Borthers
This is all just posturing themselves to appear in a better position to negotiate the next deal.
I'm sure the deal will be extended beyond 2014 at the end of this year.
Here's my summation of the events:
- Tassie raise their desires, discussion ensues.
- Contract talks start (probably end...
Way too early for a turnaround on that since the tickets are given to the less fortunate and new migrants.
IMO, it will have more of a generational effect by getting them onboard as North supporters first.
