I agree. We really need to develop our younger players (such as Mattner and Reilly), so that they can fill the roles of players such as Bickley and Smart when they retire. We do have a big problem with the rookie votes at the moment, no ones deserving of them!!!! Hopefully when (and if) Reilly...
