Mitchell broke a bone in his hand early in the last quarter of the dramatic win over the Western Bulldogs, yet kicked a crucial goal and effected several key smothers despite the pain...
I agree mate and it's only going to get worse. I cringe when they promote TAC Future Stars having that clown hutchy on there. Watch out the under 18's will start having him going through their garbage.
BF has provided more insights into the game and the teams than most germo's ever would...
Thank Christ your not a judge then. So it would be ok if it was an Australian taxi driver or Chinese then. Hurley should pay the penalty based on his actions not on the race of the alleged victim.
I think you would find behind closed doors he would be a tough bastard. No point having a go at your players through the media then expect them to play they way that you would want them to.
I personally thing Hardwick and Richmond are on the right track they are starting to play some good...
THE State Government has pledged $25 million towards the third stage of development at Geelong's home ground. That will boost Skilled Stadium's capacity to 35,000. It is expected to be completed by 2019.

I agree with you and I think if we were going to use the three talls up front than it would make sense to play him. But we are going with more smalls to increase the tackle pressure in the forward 50.
I think he can make it. Showed good signs last year in the seniors but looks to be out of favor now.
As for trade value it is probably stuff all of nothing. He hasn't really played enough games to get any value and I could see Sydney jump at him in trade week and turn him into a good forward...
Lets not under estimate the fact the hardly played a game last year due to a pretty serious injury. I think this year for him will be like a player returning back from a knee reco. He just needs some confidence in his body and the rest will follow.
Lets not forget that in 08 he put his body...
Another beat up.
Wasn't there a thread posted around here saying that Max has having the arthroscope as nothing more than routine? I though he would be back around August anyway.

Hawthorn's Tim Clarke
HAWTHORN midfielder Tim Clarke hopes history counts for nothing as his team prepares to tackle the Sydney Swans at the MCG this weekend.
The Swans have been a bogey team for the Hawks of late, having won their past six matches...

Dew a chance to play despite hamstring
HAWTHORN’S Stuart Dew could be a chance to play against the Bulldogs in Launceston on Saturday. The former Port Adelaide premiership player left the field in the second quarter of the club’s...
A bit like after the 2001 season were argubally had the best spine until injuries and form hit the likes of thompson, barker, holland and hay. Then we had to throw rawlings forward who wasn't a bad defender in his day.
I don't think he will be like an ablett in his career.
But I think he is a great player loved the play from the weekend were he burnt off a couple of dogs players with his pace. From what I have seen of Cotchin in the u18's he looks to be more in the ablett mould.
I think dropping Bowden and Pettifer is the best thing that Wallace has done this year for you guys it sends the right message to the rest of the playing group.
Seems like your young tallent is starting to take the next step bit like us a couple of years ago. May the best team win on the...
started going for the hawks in 87 was 7 at the time. I was in grade 2 at school and the grade 6 class at the time put on a grand final party so it was a choice of either the hawks or the blues.
We could be heading for a situation like Brisbane were we just don't have the room in our best side for these guys. We may see someone like Boyle or a dowler get traded, a bit like Brisbane letting go Bolton and Gram.
