Hi all. Firstly, sorry to post on another teams board.
McLeod is one of my all time favourite players and watched him closely since he turned Jenke inside out and kicked the winner against us when he was a teenager.
What I'm after is what game was it when he celebrated a goal doing a...
Hi Everyone. Looking for some help please. For some reason I can't remember his 100th goal in 1993. I clearly remember running on for all the other games but can't remember this one. i've looked on Youtube etc... but can't seem to remember the game (apart from working out it was against...
He seriously should not go near the club again. An ex player should understand the game better but obviously he's gone to the dark side.
As a defence, to not look biased he might go too far the other way... not very professional.
Re: John Barker Forwards Coach
I feel a bit bad blaming him but he seems to be a curse.
While at Fitzroy the club folds and ends up in Bris. They trade him to us and then they win 3 premierships. While at us, he is constantly injured and is singled at in Clarkson's job interview as the type...
The only way Hudghton will get close to Buddy is by giving him a bear hug each time the ball gets down to our forward line; and I can see that McClaren won't be giving Buddy any love.
If Sheedy was Clarko, in his next press conference he'd make a big point about this so that hopefully the umps...
I was in primary/early secondary school for the glory days so never got to celebrate in style.
The longer the wait, the more tasty the first celebratory drink will be and I think its been long enough!
As much as i hate them, Coll is a clear #1
then Car/Ess #2
WCE next just ahead of Ade
You could rank the rest of us, but its nothing compared to how much collingwood is infront. If any other club lost as much as coll did on those pubs that'd be gaaaaawwwn!
Clearly our 3 most unlucky players:
Brown - l think he will go very close to winning our B&F. Better year this year and was 2nd last year.
Bateman - Because he's not in the media he goes unnoticed from opposition supporters. His work rate and creativity this year is as good as I've seen from any...
Re: Carlton Supporters Complaining about not gifting Fevola his 100
Pricing fixing cartel....$36m
Salary cap breach....$1m
Poaching WCE captain....$15m
Expecting the opposition to pass the ball to ur fullforward....priceless
Carlton seems to have plenty of cash so I'm surprised they were...
If this practice continues we could have someone like Abromovich turn up in Australia and decide he supports Fremantle. He could assemble the All Australian team by offering each of them $5m to play at Freo. Of course salary cap payments of $200k and $4.8m to work for his private company. This...
not that they were that bad yesterday (probably didn't notice them as much because we won), however THAT MAKES 13 TIMES IN A ROW we've had less free kicks that the opposition.
We need to speak to the Geish and work out what we're are doing wrong!!!
Perhaps we missed the bit in the AFL manual...
12 weeks in a row the opposition has had more frees than us. Given we are so often first to the ball, I don't believe there is not some bias.... even if it is subconscious.
I actually believe that 12 weeks in a row ought to be investigated by the AFL. Assuming both teams have equal probability...
I voted YES. I'm extremely embarrassed. I love the club and still have goosebumps thinking about when I was standing on the boundary line fence when Langford took his top off and pointed to the Hawthorn jumper (Rnd 22 1996 against Melb).
Quite simply I didn't think we had the membership base...
