Meh...last few weeks probably cost David, but really, you can't complain about Cox and Sandilands being selected over Hille as the two ruckman.

Petrie was always going to get the utility slot.

Not surprised. Hille had a great purple patch mid-year through our golden run, but started off slower and wasn't around for the finish. If he can find consistent form next year, got no doubts he'll kill it in.

10 Geelong players. I wonder if we will see a Geelong overkill in the final team again. I am surprised Cameron Mooney wasn't given another undeserving spot.

Disappointed, thought hille was better than sandilands and cyril rioli deserved selection as well but otherwise it was pretty reasonable

I think that of further concern is that we don't have any players considered worthy of the short list of 40. Us and Melbourne are the only two and over recent years our absense from AA (except for Fletch on the bench last year) is a sign that we are a side that lacks of star quality individual talent.

Hille didn't deserve to be in the 22 this year, but i would of thought he would of got into the 40.
Hille played six to eight great weeks of footy but apart from that, wasn't in the best three ruckman in the comp. Through those six weeks or so he was No.1 though.
