Carlton have so much power that they stopped the HUN from reporting that one of their own was allegedly sexually assaulted until after the alleged accused was traded. Gee we are more influential than I gave us credit for.
Don't worry that there were rumours about what happened doing the...
it's not about what happens next time we play brissy. It's about setting up a good culture for the many years to come.
and also will brissy fans be spewing over the deal in 6 years when fev is long gone and henderson is ripping them a new one.!!!
Clubs put in crap offers all the time hoping they get some knob on the other end who'll accept it , we are not Freo. It will be a good deal for Carlton or the 80 goal FF stays a Blue. We hold the upper hand.
As much as I would hate it, I think this would be a good fit for Ball and Collingwood, he is a quality tough at it player and would fit into the Collingwood midfield in place of the old O'Bree. he is a younger, better version of O'Bree.
It just depends on who the pies think they need more, Ball...
who are you, Chris Judd's mum, I have lost count how many times i have told my mates to Fck themselves and vice versa and had blues with them after a few bevvies but when everyone is sober we have a good laugh about it, grow up. That was not the bit that might get him traded.
2 years ago against Port Kreuzer won us the game with 3 last qtr goals after being 5 goals down, but hey why let the truth get in the way of a good story.
Re: Carlton to hold a full board meeting to discuss Fev's future
it feels like the trade period when he was signed sealed and delivered to the Tiggers. The Blues may test the waters to scare him but IMO Fev will stay a Blue
Re: Discussion: Fevola's Future - *LATEST* - Board Meeting Postponed
so does this so called ex player have anything to do with the running of the club now, if not his opinion is worth as much as anyones on BF, just pure opinion.
Re: Discussion: Fevola's Future - *LATEST* - Board Meeting Postponed
I love this time of year, everyone knows someone who knows exactly what is going to happen. Like all the rumours about fev in the past my feeling is he will not be going anywhere and will finish his career at the Blues.
Re: Carlton to hold a full board meeting to discuss Fev's future
Have to agree,, as much as we love a player we love the club more and have to back whatever decision they think is going to be best for the CFC. I would hate to see Fev go, but if the club finally says enough is enough then we...
Let's hope it is a WIN-WIN for both clubs. Pick 11 gives the Dees a bit more bargaining power at trade time should they be targeting a big name (burgoyne?) with 4 picks in the first 18.
I would have thought though that Melbourne may have waited till trade week and seen what other clubs would...
Did something happen behind the scenes that made him want to leave? I loved the passion of brock, everytime he talked about Melbourne you could see he loved the place.
I am rapt he is coming to carlton, it just seems strange that all of a sudden he wants to leave and the Dees seem to just...
Brock McLean is a younger, better version of Hadley. He will be a great addition to our midfield, giving Judd a bit more freedom like Gibbs and murph have had since Judd arrived.
Re: The end of football as we know it.
Since when has a bump to the head been "perfectly legal". He got what he deserved. The AFL has made it clear that if you choose to bump and you had another option (eg tackle) you cannot touch the head of the player. Stiff.
Will be tough for the Bears to win at the SCG without Merrett and Bradshaw meaning we would get a home final win or lose. :thumbsu: ( I am hoping for a win nonetheless....)
A good decision by the Blues, you are either 100% committed or you don't play. It's a shame for Garlett to let himself down like this as he performed so well on the weekend and may not get back into the team if Yarran performs this week. Cloke will not play for the Blues again, and i would think...
Depends what you class as consistency , Fev hasn't kicked the big bag every week but he has done all the little things very consistently which he never did in the past such as the chasing and forward pressure.
He is also still leading the Coleman medal and would have been further in front if...

No matter what FEV does it gets scrutinised more than any other player in the league. Yes he plays for some free kicks, who in the league doesn't when they are being held? Many times he has gone for a mark this year with one bloke hanging off his neck or arms and he gets nothing. The thing with...
