1 rep max on squat 110kg.
80 kgs for 8 reps.
deadlift i never maxed out but i can get 100kg up for 8 reps but i usually do 5 sets of 5 reps.
max bench is 85kgs. but i usually do 70kg for 6-8 reps.

can someone tell me sort of strapping would be ideal for prevention of shin splints
i already have them but anything that can help them from getting worse.
would it make a difference if i just taped about 10cms around the main soreness around my shin/calf ?

i got over 12 last time i done it i was 15 at the time.
a kid at my skool kieren butcher (got all australian under 15's or sumthing) got over 15 im pretty sure.

i remember his game lifting tackle in 08 cant remembr who it was but the chase down was amazing. im only young so im not the best spotter of a gifted player but he is definatly gonna be great IMO

yeh ive been working out for over a year now. and a good 6 months at a proper gym with trainers and bodybuilders.
i guess im gonna keep doing what im doing with 3 mornings of hard running/sand running/sprinting intervals and stuff like this.
but atm i need to gain a few more kilo's so im uping...
