I too had concerns about Solly. I have gone back and listened to this interview, he's pretty genuine, good character, and I would be surprised and really disappointed if he turned out to be a snake in a suit.
Kelly and Heppell are not key position players.
Laverde can provide depth in the reserves for the last year of his contract, he is not up to the level of AFL.
Otherwise, I would have no issue if he left on his own accord or he was delisted.
We should be looking to upgrade (which isn't hard)...
Pick 100 for Laverde is overs and fine.

BZT actually showed good ability as a defender and was reliable one-on-one and efficient with the ball. Francis has better skills and decision making than Laverde, all be it lacks competitiveness but how’s Sydney working out for him?

Get rid of Laverde, back Baldwin in it is worth the risk with Laverde being so horrific. Plenty of options to replace Kelly.
Please do it Brad. Under no circumstances do Laverde and Kelly get offered a contract for 2025.

I see zero value on keeping a 36yo list clogger on at AFL. Go do what other clubs are good at doing and recruit a ruckman from another club that has shown a bit - moneyball
The fact that we attract ordinary players from really ordinary clubs says alot. McKay has shown some good signs, but overall has been inconsistent and disappointing, are we surprised though - look where he came from!
Getting Heppell to play again has blown up in our face and ultimately saw...
Options below:
1. Retire/delist - hang around the VFL team
2. Forced retirement
3. Delist
Under no circumstances should Todd be on the AFL list next year, even as a back up 5th ruckman.
