Good to see but it seems like a very long time post surgery to start running. The article from last week mentioned that she had some setbacks, hopefully she can still play a part this season.

“Tahau suffered an ACL injury last season and with her rehabilitation not progressing as expected, will not be in a position to play in 2024.
The 21-year-old last month agreed to a two-year contract extension, tying her to the club until at least the end of 2026.”

AFLW squad update
An update on Port Adelaide's AFLW list ahead of the upcoming season.
“Tahau suffered an ACL injury last season and with her rehabilitation not progressing as expected, will not be in a position to play in 2024.
The 21-year-old last month agreed to a two-year contract extension, tying her to the club until at least the end of 2026.”
Disappointing but not surprising. As I posted previously, running for the first time 9 months post surgery doesn't sound great.
