I've been critical of the club for giving opportunities to the kids coming through the ranks. I'm hoping plenty of our younger players get a chance on Wednesday.

Great news. Don't think he'll play, but will be fantastic even if he gets ten minutes. Maffeo hopefully will start.
Nottingham Forest tonight. Would love to see Lucas Perez start up front as striker. El Neny and Xhaka will probably start too. Holding will also probably be in at CB and can see Ospina also starting this game.

I remember that game. We were shit. That Derby team is still the worst PL team ever but of course we needed Gerrard to bundle it over the line from a yard out in injury time to beat them. We did win 6-0 at Anfield though.

Annoyed we played 120 mins, not sad we lost though.
Oh and Chelsea fans are morons. Chanting 'Champions of England, you're having a laugh'. We played a B side and lost a League Cup game. You got your title winning manager sacked and finished 10th. Having a laugh indeed.

Well done to Chelsea for coming back like they did from 2-0, if not for RonRob, you could've easily gotten more.
A lot of individual performances let us down, and if not for a certain one, we wouldn't have wasted the extra time period like we had, there was only going to be one certain result after that bit of silliness.
