Richmond mafia …… wtf
6 was upset because 7 8 9As long as its not pick 6 pretending to be pick 7
You followed the draft the second night. Clubs bid for that pick first as there is always sliders.no it doesnt its the end of round 1
Yeah that’s fair. Said he was cooked months later he’s a coach again. Think we all saw it coming. We all knew he was done with us for a while though. My beef with dimma is he outright lied to us.
So much for being a Richmond man.
Make that #41 and we have a dealI think we get pick 6 and 20 and hand back pick 29
Richmond is the love of my life.Yeah that’s fair. Said he was cooked months later he’s a coach again. Think we all saw it coming. We all knew he was done with us for a while though.
I’d have loved to have been a fly on the wall when he had his conversation with Gale.
Rioli and Ben Lennon can go see George together to get their Tiger tattoos covered up.
Now watch the same board want a first rounder for Noble.
North Melbourne assistance package - I hope there's a clause in there that if they finish bottom four again in 2025 then they get relegated
Yes it would be but it's in the 1st round same as 19 that were both on traded by Norf, your thinking is right just got the pick a bit awry, we however do still hold the 1st pick of the 2nd with pick 21 and as you have said it's gold, either we pick the eyes out of whoever is left or we trade it to a desperate club for their F1, the ball is in our court.Like that pick 20 come second night be worth gold to.
Suns have failed again. If they want a contracted player, Rioli, the price goes up. RFC draft way too many flankers. We've got a glut of em.I'm sort of torn on losing Rioli. Sure, he's been our best payer this year, and he's great to watch, but....
He was an average half-forward - barely averaged a goal a game. He couldn't crack it as a mid. So, he gets tried at half-back and lo and behold, when he's reactive, he's very good (and he is good at the job). Using his pace to break the lines from half-back looks great, and is good for the team. He's a good kick.
Since moving to half-back, his disposals per game have gone up by about 8 or 9 - and nearly all uncontested. He can look sensational.
Mids and KPFs (sometimes KPDs) are where the great players are.
Try this - if we used pick 6 on a 'good running half-back flanker' - would we be happy? If we get that for DRioli, we need to grab and run.
I would like hear Cotchin's view on this trade lolWhat a shit person .
It has widely been publicised that people Jack and Cotchin met after the 2016 and they what they could do to assist the next generation to get success and they have specified Dan Rioli .
It’s his turn to influence the next generation and he fly’s the coup after being the benefactor.
Shit campaigner
He’ll spend the rest of his career worrying about whether Dimma’s pegging his Mrs .I would like hear Cotchin's view on this trade lol
Anyway Cotch and Jack worked hard to lead and fix the club's culture. It's a shame our new leaders don't want to stay
Every club has a glut of half back flankers. The reason being, no draftee plays there in his junior years - they are all gun mids. Thjere are 600+ secondary schools in Victoria, and every one has a kid who's 'the best player at the school'. But when they get to AFL level, every club has a heap of gun mids. So the ones that don't quite make it get sent to the HBF - and, guess what? They are skilled players, so provided they can learn defensive structures, they get a game and become 'club stalwarts'.Suns have failed again. If they want a contracted player, Rioli the price goes up. RFC draft way too many flankers. We've got a glut of em.
