Its cringe as all * mate. I know elite footy clubs dont get smashed and s*t faced any longer but seriously? Thats the best gag we can come up with? It’d be funnier if the boys had to do an extra ice bath or somethin.. run around with number 6 on their back with a set of fake *** on em.. something in funny. “Oh you lost kanga lotto, shave your head” its ****** cringe. Always has been always will be

I find that a "Cringe" accusation is always a character fault of the person doing the cringing. You lack the self-confidence to own your own candid moments of light hearted playfulness and instead, you look towards others for validation, worried that they won't approve, that you're not considered serious enough. If the entire world shared this view, then we would have no great comedians for one thing, and we would likely also have no leaders or achievers, as everyone looks to fade into the shadows, fearful of standing out, or embarrassing themselves.

As for the suggestion that players should be forced to run around with number 6 and a set of fake ****, that would be filed alongside the Boris the Chicken video as possibly stepping over the line. In other words, it wouldn't end well. So again, Kangalotto remains the least problematic hijinks that these young blokes can get up to.

How the **** do you come up with so much dribble without an actual psychological analysis? You are rather impressive

The kid will be on a plane home to Perth sometime today or tomorrow. He will be thinking about how incredibly awesome his last month of life has been. Pretty confident he’d have a grin from ear to ear

He'll be on that plane freaking out about his hair and whether he should return to Melbs at all, apparently.

There's a lot of people getting offended on the player's behalf with kangalotto. I think its a little lame but it's not a big deal. It's only a problem is a player says no and then gets bullied.

If I was at the club then I'd do it and not care about shaving my head. I'd have fun with it. I don't know why we assume that any players really care.

It's just that you expose yourself to the world when you make those sorts of statements. There's really no need for you to feel embarrassed (or to cringe) when you witness the actions of someone else. Their behaviour is not yours to feel humiliation from. So why are YOU cringing? It's bizarre.

Its not bizarre in the slightest, it's a very basic human experience to feel something about another person's experience.

You seriously go through life feeling embarrassed or humiliated when you observe a total stranger doing something that has nothing to do with you and doesn't impact you in the slightest? My dude, that's not going to serve you well.

My dude, enough with the judgemental psycho analysis. People witness things happening to others and react to that. It isn't bizarre. It's called empathy. If you want to throw around this sort of high horse advice, at least know the basics.

Now, YOU personally can disagree with someones reaction. Like in this instsnce you don't have the same reaction of embarasment/cringe. Bully for you and noted. But to go well over the top of that and state you shouldn't feel anything for others is silly.

And I know silly.

But in this case, it's not empathy that you are feeling, is it? It's judgment of the players. So I could say the same - get off your high horse and let them have their fun, for ****s sake.
