I like what this video shows about his character, clearly understands the value of saying thank you and making sure people feel appreciated, even on a day when it could easily be all about him. Looks like a good lad.

Lots of good leadership qualities on display, hopefully he can back it up with his footy.

Got a good head on his shoulders.

The biggest development here is that the club put out some halfway decent media content, good to see

Braveheart, perfect choice, kid looks like he could be a warrior for us.

Lindsay looks like he could be very good too but I'm very excited about Langford, he just seems to have the intensity to be anything. Left footer too, can never have too many of them, especially around goal.

Loved these pics from training yesterday too, there's a new kid in town Trac 🤣

Trac could squat a bit I reckon

Yeah but who would win a 20m sprint between Langford and Sam Blease?

Take the Blease type every time, stupid recruiters.

Still massive concerns over his speed for me. I think an outside link player in the mould of a slow Finn Callaghan type is his ceiling. He's extremely slow, his hands aren't great and his kicking skills are probably afl average. His overhead marking is reportedly good so hopefully he can be damaging forward. But I think his impact will be as an impact player. Hope I'm wrong! Lindsay excites me more.

I really hope I'm wrong.

I respect that you've seen him at training a few times but we also know you love being the contrarian, so I'm trying to keep an open mind here.

That being said, I don't think he'll be a slow link player at all - his draft vision and profile, and what I've seen/read about his first preseason all point to him being an inside extractor, more in the Tom Green/Cripps mode (not saying he'll get to their levels of course).

Add to that his contested marking and kicking are supposedly strengths, as well as his aggression.

This will be interesting to follow, but I agree with your last point - definitely hope you're wrong!

His 20m sprint is on par with Bontimpelli and Cripps.
I've been saying for a while that both should be dropped until they develop their speed.
