Can’t underestimate blokes that value possession- most of the time they take the safe option. fossy just hits ridiculous shit as well as taking care of the footy. Absolute gemJust doesn't want to ever waste a possession. It's like every possie is a puzzle he is driven to solve. Sometimes some players look like they feel pressure to make every possession count, but not FOS. It seems like that's the point. That's what he revels in. It really suits AFL level too.
Will Thursfield couldn’t have created a better and more accurate song hook for FOS on his draft night.
“He’s not a stats man. He’s an impact man”
I mean, our last decade set play of kick it long down the line has the exact same result, seeing we struggle to pick up players who take pack marks. While he did brilliantly there, I am not sure it was a set play. Far too risky for a kick in. If the mark wasn't taken it comes straight back in. Lucky we have a such a gun on our hands who was able to catch it in game 2
That’s who he reminds me of.Wayne Schwass like
Hodge for me. Has the capabilities of being the Generalcombination of Powell and LDU for mine
It was an absolute stinker BUT its his only mistake with the ball in his first 3 games.Had that howler that cost us a goal but there's something special about this bloke. The way he brakes through tackles and the balance he has for a first year player. Can't wait to he goes into the midfield
Yep - bring fisher into play his role and put him in the middle instead of Phillips.I’m ready to see him in the middle
So classy and never panics
Not afraid to get his hands dirty.Had that howler that cost us a goal but there's something special about this bloke. The way he brakes through tackles and the balance he has for a first year player. Can't wait to he goes into the midfield
I like him where he is for now, mostly classI’m ready to see him in the middle
So classy and never panics
He will be a gun mid in a few years time.I’d love for him to end up being the main distributor off half back. Would much prefer the ball in his hands than Daniel’s at the moment.
Gonna happen with young players. Even our so called leaders regularly do this kinda stuff. It was an absolute stinker BUT its his only mistake with the ball in his first 3 games.
Kid has the goods, plus he has a little bit of country mongrel in him.
