Essendon, north and the saints going through similar AA droughts in the last decade. These days you almost have to play two good seasons to ‘earn’ the right of AA if you aren’t at a successful club.

Davey was a mid who we used to get back into defence tho don't remember him playing full time back. Won the BNF as a mid in 09 when we used him for his kicking

I'm pretty sure we moved him to half back after that because he started getting tagged and got completely shut down a few times.

I feel like Brown's head has been getting smaller every time I look at it since he removed the hair.

Thought he competed well yesterday, really well at times with horrendous delivery.

Not so much a hot take but an educated guess moving forward... we play such a shit style that KPF's lose the will to compete (and live) eventually. We will Van Ruin his career. We cant/shouldnt continue to treat every KPF like they are a clydesdale , need to get them some easy touches and goals to keeping building their confidence. This comes back to Goody's shite structure and game style hes so in love with. Who the **** would want to re-sign to play in this crap role as a KPF. Where is the enjoyment?

Fritsch is a gun medium marking forward who often takes the best defender, and we have a fleet of hardworking, hard running, quick smalls that can find forwards in space (Spargo, Kozzie, Chandler, ANB). Why is it so hard for them to organise a half decent structure for four quarters.
