As is Reimers for Dempsey.

Hibberd and H. Slattery resume for Bendigo tomorrow and will be in the frame in a couple of weeks.

Impact injuries are killing us in 2011.

Think the real question will be, do we elevate anyone?

Would really only think that James Webster or Taite Silverlock will be looked, but do not think they will elevate anyone until they (one of the rookies) continually blossoms at reserves level like Silverlock was doing last year.

You would think so. Worst case scenario, what approach hould we take. Dempsey is young enough to go the full reco, but would Winders at 27 be looking at the LARS option?

Well, Doc Larkins just alluded to the fact there is more suspected breaks, and players that would've wanted to be subbed off, but McVeigh said he feels alright. Lets hope so.

I just keep on getting prouder of our club for their efforts yesterday.

He (Hird) nominated Kyle Reimers, Alwyn Davey and Travis Colyer as the leading candidates to replace the injured duo and said a solid VFL hit out by Hille on Sunday in the VFL would leave him firmly in the frame to take on Collingwood on Anzac Day.

And also : ONE OF James Hird’s earliest dictums as coach of Essendon was to tell Kyle Reimers, he of the fluorescent football boots, that if he wanted to continue wearing the bright green wheels, that he would do so while playing not for the Essendon Bombers, but for the Bendigo Bombers.
