A bit early for predictions, but where is Leuenberger ranked?

Should always go for the best available when you're hopeless but a 201 centimetre tall ruck is tempting.

Leuenberger, but was misspelt Leanberger :D
yeah would have to be probably the best ruck prospect for close on 5 years i would think, if max bailey is taken 19 and plays 20 odd games of colts and matt leunberger plaays 9 and still gets ruckmen of the year

Gibbs' general skills will be far superior to Judd's, and he is faster than Ball.

So yeah he ranks up pretty well against them.
Ball's PB in the 100m is 10.9 seconds. Don't underestimate his pace.

I remember reading about Tarrant's brother in the Hun a while back - apparently better than Chris at the same age (who went #7 in a strong draft).

West Coast 3rd round draft pick - Jarryd Morton

Sure seems to be alot of good father/sons in this years draft.

Very true.

Ball is faster than Daniel Wells overr 100 metres.

Yeah and Tom Rischbieth smashed athletic records left right and centre at the Draft camp.

What no. did he go again? Thats right he wasn't drafted.
mate the most anti for drafting just athletes i was just stating a point that judd is more of an athlete than gibbs....gibbs maybe a better kick mark finder of the ball i was just saying that comparing him to judd maybe a bit wrong

Absolutely. Im pretty sure we can draft Cale in 2007 father son aswell

i think you miss out on him because the rule expires before he is eligible, i thought it was the same with Jarryd as well actually... you might want to do some checking before go claiming that.

also Stanton, James Sellar isnt a riewoldt sort of player he is more a ruckman in the dean coz sort of mould.

From afl.com.au

Father/son rule:
Sons of former AFL players can play with the same club their father played or officiated with under the father/son rule. The main eligibility requirements is that the sons father must have played 100 games for that club. The rule is designed to continue the traditions of association that a family has with a particular club.

West Australian and South Australian AFL teams have a modified father/son rule in place that have a sunset clause that will be activated when these clubs have been in the AFL competition for 20 years ie: West Coast Eagles 2007; Adelaide Crows 2011, Fremantle Dockers 2015, Port Adelaide 2017. They then become eligible to include father/son players under the same qualifications as all the other AFL clubs.

When a club includes eligible player/s on its list it will forfeit draft selections.

Not sure but I think the eligibility expires after the 2007 season which would mean Cale would be a Father/Son pick.

okay, what i mean was i thought i had read somewhere before that Cale wasnt eligible until 2008, meaning you would miss out on him, it was just with an article about Bryce Gibbs that was all.
