a player to watch next year in the 1sts comp will be alex kinal from st peters! a tall forward who dominated at yr10 level whether in ruck or at FF or CHF. Is very very strong overhead and regulary kicks 55m goals. Kicked 3 in the last quarter against sacret heart to win the game for saints and kicked 8 goals for walkerville in the u15 grand final when he had to compete against the FB and Ruck.

he has struggled when moving up into higher leagues such as his few games with the Sturt u/17s... only getting one or two kicks. be very interesting to see if he steps up next year

as good as kinal can potentially be, he wil find the challenge of stepping up and playing against bigger, faster bodies tough and i think he wil struggle to hold a key position down in his first yr. dominating at yr 10 level is hardly giving a rap about him because as gd as sts were, the standard of most of the schools they played was very average compared to most yrs. kinal has been known to talk the talk, but as tom722 sed it wil b interesting to see if he can walk the walk.

whats the down low on luke copley, havnt been able to get much info on him from the guys at school. anyone know much about him? do you think he will turn out to be a decent recruit for sts
