I think I might have also secured at least a wild card. Are there rankings for the playoffs or are the matchups random?

sorry about that 8-2-1 secures a wild card. I've updated my listing....


this weeks wild card magic number is 8 and a half (down from 9 last week), that means Jeff Dunne and Oscarman have secured at least a wild card (they could both still win their divisions).

Deevs, dspeed, TACHawks, danielz_23, wce_all_da_way have all won their divisions.

Sven26, Jeff Dunne and Oscarman have secured at least a wild card. Three wild cards remain as either Sven or JD will win their division.

anyone on 3 wins or less have been eliminated from the playoff hunt as there are 7 players on 6 wins or more competing for the remaining 4 WC spots

This season it'll be based on a KNOCK OUT format, Lowest Rank Wildcard h2h with Highest Ranked Division winner .. sliding scale 2nd vs 15th ect. Anything can happen. Could we have a cinderella wildcard to ND champion story on our hands???

Gives everyone a chance who qualify so those who registered WALKOVER WINS will have their work cut out for them as competition will be FIERCE.

And the acid test for the 1-2-3 HUT frontrunners in the NEXT DUEL play-offs will really be intriguing how they go about it all.

No spreadsheets at all Oscarman.. :eek: GG is managing the NEXT DUEL comp this season... but I'm happy to chip in with some 'graphic representation' as the lead up to the inaugural NEXT DUEL BOWL which will be analyzed with all sorts of numbers and tid-bits about the finalists.

Lucky for you Oscarman.

Just let everyone know that I have left reminders by 'PM's to the likes of Wolfy, Your_Not Me!, Juddy_Like & Kimirocks in previous weeks to put in tips in advance to avoid missing out or be the spoiler as such.. only one has adhered to such instruction although Juddy_like has had higher priorities like 'exams' to focus on, but got in this week. Superfreak (5-6) will have to really earn his Wildcard ND spot the hard way.

BlastFurnace (5-6) gets back a WALKOVER WIN from last week with his opponent, Deevs (10-1), missing in action this week.

Arakaan and I are in a ding dong battle this week. After 14 of the 16 games Arakaan has a 1 point lead. He has the Chargers for 1 point and the Saints for 3, I have the Chargers for 6 and the Packers for 5.

If the Chargers get up I can't be beaten. If the Colts beat the Chargers it'll come down the the Saints/Packers game.
 
I'm assured a win against Camsmith.

But what I need is Rory to lose otherwise i wont win a playoff spot.

Rory has a 3 pt lead.
Apex tipped Indy at 10, Rory Indy at 1.
Apex tipped GB at 9, Rory NO at 2.

So what i need is either Indy to win OR Green Bay to win.
Either one of those two outcomes and Apex will beat Rory, allowing me to claim back the division lead with one game left in the ND regular season.

Deevs ****ed up and didnt enter his tips so now Blastsfurnace will win by default putting him at 6-6....

Phew, that was close! Our division typically has to come down to the wire, Rory.
Blastfurnace with a win also means all three of us can still win the division.
While Im the only one who cant claim a WC, but MAYBE you or Blastfurnace can still.

I'll do a playoff run-down as soon as I have final results in for this week.

But this is a pretty big game next week....

MASSIVE DUEL.. don't forget your Burnley Bomber h2h GG, still trying to work out if anyone of the final EIGHT have secured a place this week. This is exactly the way I wanted the NEXT DUEL Wild Card play-off chase to climax to.. Week 13 will have all the answers. :)

I'd say New Orleans winning tomorrow WILL DO MORE FAVOURS for you than the PACKERS. You're still on the outside looking in. Either GG will write up the snapshot in one line for each play-off contender or I'll BUILD UP another big board of numbers for everyone to chew over.

I don't think it's the Prize at stake but more the feeling of qualifying and having hope of going the next step.

I need the Packers to win (Next Duel) and Rodgers to come up big time (without passes to Jennings) in BFFFL.
