hey guys i am in a bit of a pickle and i was wondering if you would be able to give me some advice

atm my team is as follows

Backs

Goddard, Fisher, Cornes, Drummond, Harding, Rance, Petrenko Raines Cheney

Mids

Bartel, Swan, Gibbs, Otten, Cogs, Beams Hartlett, Robinson

Rucks

Cox, Hmac Jacobs graham

Forwards

Didak, Gia, Deledio, Higgins, Krakour, Skippy, Houlihan, M brown Warren

Now i have already made one trade and that was..

Abbs --> Cogs.

I now have $529k in the bank.

I am looking at doing the following.

Option 1. Petrenko --> Mackie

Option 2. Beams/ robinson --> Murphy

Option 3. Skippy --> Franklin.

Now bare in mind i am definately going ahead with these trades, its just a matter of when.

Currently Mackie has a BE of around 50 so that means he will definaltey increase in price - around $8k. I was originally definately going for this trade but seeing as though houlihan has been dropped it has meant i no longer have cover in my mids and forwards, meaning two 0's.

Now, Buddys BE is 130 so this suggests that unless he has a freak of a game he will drop in price another 16k.

Murphy has a BE of 94.5 but will only drop in price of 1k or rise by 1k.

So what is my best option for my final trade.

Do i cop 2 0's and go with Mackie as his BE is at a min and then swoop on buddy and murphy next week. Or do i not take the two 0's this week and take Murphy and then wait for buddys price to fall again next week.

However, if i take this option then there is a chance that patrenko will not play which will mean i will cop two 0's anyhow.

So ..... what do guys think i should do?

Personally I'd prefer to keep Houlihan for now. Too clean with the ball to stay out of the team for long.

Thinking aloud here trying to get some shit together. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

I'm gunna get two zeroes in the midfield (Beams/Hartlett/Robinson/Ablett), and one in the forwards (Lucas/Skipworth/Houlihan); two zeroes if N.Brown doesn't get up.

So I'm thinking of training either Beams or Robinson, and Lucas or Skipworth to get down to one zero for the week. Leaning towards Robinson/Lucas, and trying to find some suitable targets. Coughlan/Cockie for mids, and Macaffer/Sidebottom for forwards seem like the go.

edit: Changed my mind; this is gunna leave me too many rookies and not enough trades to get rid of them. Gunna upgrade for a premium forward, and cop the two midfield zeroes.

Really unsure what to do, any ideas? Thinking of trading Gilchrist & one of the others.

I think i should upgrade Robinson to a keeper to save my zero in the middle, but who? If it was your team what would you do ???

Seeing as you will fall just short of Swan I'd probably go for either Corey (has a BE of 119 so may fall 5-10k next week) or Priddis

Just wondering, why wouldn't you trade Barham next week say if he has a shocker this week? I thought he was pretty lucky to stay in the side this week?

Not sure what to do. The plan was to upgrade Skipworth to Brown/Deledio and possibly Beams to Cogs but not sure now.

With Hoops out, I need Petrenko to play to avoid a zero. Considering upgrading Raines now but will have to wait till tomorrow, although I expect Petrenko to be dropped.

Should avoid a zero in the forward line - I reckon Mitch Brown is pretty safe.

It might be a bit reckless but I'm considering
Hasleby to Cogs to free up some cash,
Raines to Mackie/Giblert/Hargrave
Skipworth to forward under 340k/350k/370k

Really unsure at the moment - if Petrenko plays, it makes it so much easier.

With Ablett injured and having no real cover, i am forced to trade him out. With only $2,700 in the bank i cant really do very much.

So my plans are:

Option 1:
Ablett- Swan
Beams- Cogs (the extra money cant get me anyone better really).
+ $67,300

Option 2:
Ablett- Corey
Krakeor- SJ
This means i bench beams and play Barham, leaving me with no mid emg (unless Anthony is back?)

Option 3:
Ablett- Kornes
Griffin- Sewell/thompson/Salopek
Same as option 2, have to play Barham for Beams

Not sure what to do ....thoughts?

Was going to do one of these, most likey was going to be number 3.

Now......bloody half my team gets either dropped/ injured or doesn't even get named! (F*** you Raines, Greenwood, Ablett, Beams and Houlihan!!!). So now im in a real bother.

Suban has been covering for Raines (and will have to again), Greenwood is dropped means i have no cover for Houlihan (meaning a 0).

Beams and Ablett are out, my only mid emg that is playing is Barham. So unless i trade one of Ablett/Beams i cop another 0.

To avoid copping any zero's my only option is to trade out both Ablett and Houlihan.

So here are my options:

Option 1:
Ablett- Swan
Houlihan- Mackie/Hodge (not sure which one?)

Option 2:
Ablett- Kornes
Houlihan- Lockyer

Option 3:
Ablett- Corey
Houlihan - Enright

Those are what i am tossing up at the moment.

Thoughts would be appreciated ?
