Re: Round 16 captain

The Ablett situation is like you have been dating one of the hottest models in the world for several months, and then you have an opportunity to have a quick fling with one of her hot model friends.

The temptation is great - but do you dare risk it knowing it could backfire big time??

Bahahahahaha! So true! :thumbsu:

Re: Round 16 Captain

Going up against the player ranked 26th this week in my main league so I'll need to take some risks to beat him. Therefore Sandilands vs Melbourne is the go.

Here's the YSCC Captain Column for this week if anyone is wanting a read. :)

Selwood's numbers look real good.
Great stuff as always Mark. For some reason i struggle to select anyone but Gaz if i'm picking from someone from Geelong..so I either steer clear of the game altogether or go with the little master.

If i had Chappy that would probably be different though

Re: Round 16 Captain

Might take big risk, thinking with Hall and Aker missing from Bulldogs forward line and Johnson still struggling.

Thinking Lake might be pushed forward to kick some goals, can take a good contested mark and has been in great form?

Cheers

Lake might miss, wasn't at the dogs training last night has an expected cold/flu

Hope that helps.:thumbsu:

Re: Round 16 Captain

Leaning towards Goddard. Collingwood tends not to tag players, rathering to go head to head which should help him. But it'll be the first time I'll have someone other than Ablett while he's been selected since 2008.

Re: Round 16 captain

Tossing up between GAJ and Goddard... only small concern with Goddard is since he didn't play last week due to a case of the flu, if there's still a bit of it lingering. Although I don't think it matters much with a gun like goddard.
So have GAJ selected at the moment, but could change my mind.

Re: Round 16 Captain

Rumours circulating of doubts about Ablett playing tonight.

Sources: SEN and Cats board. Just rumour at this stage, apparently the bookies heard something.
