Fed was on fire earlier, settled better than Rafa, but now Federer is making mistkes left right and centre, especially on the backhand when Rafa rips it there.

He seems a little too eager to get to the net. I mean fair enough he wants to shorten the points, but hitting a crosscourt approach to Nadal is just begging to be drilled on the pass.

At the moment though it's the silly mistakes that are killing him.

I find that the more you talk up a game the more likely it will be a let down of some sort.

I still think it will go to 5 though

I'm not sure about the rationale, but Nadal is already a great passer. Approaching on a crosscourt shot just gives him way too many angles to work with.

Mostly he approaches down the line, but occasionally he throws in a CC and he almost always gets burned.
