Hard to believe 15 minutes ago the Tigers were heading home 2-0 up in the series with starts from Verlander and Scherzer in hand.

Boston aren't going to get a better chance than this in the bottom of the 9th.

Wish I could say I'm surprised but I'm not.... garbage bullpen that's been the same way for years..
Leyland got his just desserts....

Red Sox most disappointing team of the post season so far, think this will struggle to even get back to Boston. With Verlander and Scherzer being so strong can't see where they can win 4 games from here on in.

Think you found where they might be able to... :D:hearts:

Detroit's bullpen is rubbish. The scariest part of a Verlander/scherzer start is when they hand the pitching over to Benoit to close. Oakland almost came back in game 4, and it happened in Boston today.

Detroit have to be worried, 3 outs and 5 runs from the bull pen, all they needed was to hold onto a 4 run lead and get 6 outs. They are just so dependent on their starters.

Incredible comeback, Fenway about to meltdown

Credit to the Sox for making that happen, but you'd have to say that's unacceptable for the Tigers to lose from such a position.

Got to love the Boston Cop in the bull pen when watching the grand slam replay.

This guy?

Yep, love it when guys in an official capacity show the raw emotion of a great moment.

Also credit to the Red Sox bullpen for getting around Hunter when he was hurt.

Scherzer had them mesmerized so that ****ing shitcampaigner Leyland takes him off - it just doesnt make any sense to me at all. It was a highly paid Manager orchestrated choke of the highest order! (yes, I had money on the Tigers and don't know much about managing a baseball team)
