I don't think WCE will go all the way. They're very close, but I can't help but think it's Hawthorn's for the taking.

That said, I thought that this year too.

Not good enough. Not yet.

Bias could be playing a part though. Hence my question.
They are getting Kennedy, Lecras and Nicoski back this season. You would also expect Gaff, Natainui, Darling, Selwood and others to keep improving. They also have Wellingham, who is not elite but still a good player. The only important players who could possibly slow down are Cox and Glass, and considering Glass no longer takes the best forward and Natainui is already a great ruckman, I think they will be fine.

Yeah I dunno.. Kennedy and LeCras haven't played a lot of footy lately. Pretty sure Nicoski is a spud. Gaff should improve yes. Darling and Selwood.. not so sure. NicNat is everything Norf supporters hope Majak will be (but isn't). Freak. Cox should be fine. Glass.. meh.

Yeah nah. Doubt they'll even make the GF much less win it.

How much of that sounds like bias? :p

I know Kennedy and Lecras haven't played much footy but they are both really good players and will make WC a better team. Nicoski isn't the best player going around but he did kick 41 goals in 2011. For what it's worth, I don't think WC will make the Grand Final next year but I think they are one of the few teams that could challenge.

Agree with you but not better enough to make a GF. Not next year.

Nicoski isn't the best player going around but he did kick 41 goals in 2011.

I just don't think we'll see that again. I think he punched above his weight. I can't really back that up but I guess it's a predictions thread so I don't really have to.. too much. If I'm wrong I'll take what's coming.

But you predicted they will.. who do you think will then? srs
