I reckon Faulkner may be looking good for MOTM so far
-46 in the first innings
-3 wickets and a run out in the second innings
-47* in the second innings

Harris maybe if QLD can win it. Butterworth and Silk the other options, although Silk doesn't get another chance really.

Lead stretched to about 350 I think. Another 50 runs would make it very very hard for QLD - both in terms of wickets and time.

Everyone harping on about Harris needs to slow down. Has taken some wickets and bowled well. But there is no way he is test fit. QLQ are babysitting him in the field. Always at 1st slip to save running. He can hardly run now. Does anyone think he can backup in tests bowling 35- 40 overs a game.

Also I called it early. Playing Hauritz has cost QLD dearly. It has been a pace wicket for 5 years. Qld have little depth here.

I nearly had a heart attack when workmate told me we were 5/15, in fact i thought he was having a lend, so i rushed to the nearest puter and it was true....thankfully the tail has wagged, paine is finally getting some important runs, nother boundary just then, be nice to see these 2 take it to stumps

Plenty about during BB and his ODI run. Some around here don't like the over the top aggression he shows and therefore like to talk him down. Some guys though that competitiveness makes them and he's one of those guys.

unashamed faulkner fan. reckon he probably is a bit of a dick, but i don't really care. i don't need to like everyone in the international team, but if you're a dick then you gotta be performing. pattinson comes across as pretty happy with himself.

Yes I think he is.

During the middle of the innings the fox cameras showed him walking into the rooms and Harris pelted his jumper out the window. He came back on and bowled a few overs after tea but they were at 120 clicks.

If they bat long enough there will be no declaration until after lunch tomorrow.

If Faulkner can get his ton, that will bump the lead up to 460 odd and Queensland will have less than 90 overs to get it.

They would be safe to declare at that point. The RRR would be over twice what has been managed so far and they would have to do it for an entire day. Impossible.
