Not sure what games your watching but he's hardly been average, think he will poll well.
He would be on 13-16 votes at the moment in my opinion. Well behind the lead, worst year for quite a few years in my opinion.
Beams will be ahead of him at the moment, he is only getting mentioned because of the name.

Everyone has people stealing votes off them but ward only has trealor and it pendles has beams, JPK has buddy, parker and jack selwood has johnson

Wonder if the AFL have had a quiet word with the umpires telling them to go easy on votes to Fyfe and anyone else who was rubbed out but half a chance to win.

What about from other top 8 teams? Hawthorn, is Lewis a chance? Port - gray or boak?

We are too evenly spread IMO for anyone to be a chance. I can only think off the top of my head that Lewis had 1 BOG which was against Sydney. Would certainly poll a lot of games but we havn't really had a single stand out player this year. I expect to see some 3 votes for Hodge, Mitchell, Burgoyne, Birchall, Roughead, Breust, Smith etc throughout the year.

Imagine Fyfe leading by 3 points with one round remaining in the count.

McLachlan: "L.Parker - 1 vote, J.McVeigh - 2 votes, JP.Kennedy - umm... 4 votes."

Pretty fascinating how well the hawks have navigated a wretched run of injuries/suspensions with even performance across the whole playing group and look very likely for a top two finish.

Gaz could definitely still win it. Champion data still have him 7 ahead of everyone bar Fyfe I think. Certainly not mathematically impossible anyway, he should poll mid 20s and could poll more

Wow that's a big lead.
But to poll mid 20s with missing that number of games would be extremely unlikely, I would have thought. He'd be gunning for mid 30s if so.

While the AFL would probably love to do this, Fyfe's too much of a standout in most games. If he polls low it'll be glaringly obvious how much the whole Brownlow process is a joke, not just the "fairest" rule.

Anyone backing Pendlebury is a fool, won't get near it.

My tally of eligible players has:
Gary Ablett-25
Joel Selwood-21
Josh Kennedy-20
Dayne Beams-17
Lance Franklin-16
Steve Johnson-16
Tracks Boak-14

This is very close to what I have. Think Selwood is only on 18 votes though and JPK 17. I think at the moment only two players are over 20 being Ablett and Fyfe.

I will load up on ablett to win the brownlow and then hedge it out with the live betting on the night if i think someone will get close. His lead to the upside i think will surprise. Every chance ablett could be 10 - 15 votes ahead of his nearest rival when he goes down injured. This should give you a chance to hedge out coming into the run home. Good money to be made people.

my current tally is

ablett 24
selwood 23
harvey 19
fyfe 19
jpk 18
priddis 16
jones 16
dangerfield 16
boak 16
pendlebury 15
johnson 15
rockliff 14

Because I am and evil WCE bastard , I would love for Fyfe to "win" but be ineligible.

I would legit love for Boomer to win. I wouldn't be at all shocked if Ablett still won it because there is no eligible standout.

Jpk or Selwood the smart money though.
