Anyone. I'm not sure how many leagues are running though. There are bound to be some with spots left though. I think Mike__ has one with some spots, with SC.
The ones for the Bigfooty Club Board Championship might be full, but i'm not sure. Werewolf and Unknown Caller are running them, for SC and VSDT respectively.
