I'm happy with this. We've always had a low membership base and despite all our optimism we were still a bottom four team last year.

However our membership is growing at a satisfactory rate (not a good or steady rate, but satisfactory). I anticipate the typical spike as we start to play well and then we'll get good results in membership
 
Will be organising my seat this week. Can only not get to one game this coming year so happy days.
 
I watched the clip on the website where a few of the players are at High Point basically door knocking and cold calling the public to drive membership etc. That's not easy to do and a few looked a little uncomfortable but they're out there fighting the good fight. I hope we get a good response because that sort of effort deserves to be rewarded.
Apart from that, these guys will buy into the club even more as they're fighting for it from the ground up trying to win people over. And later on in the season, when the pill is in dispute, and it's Clay Smith (for example) versus some pampered prick from a well to do club, somewhere in the very depths of Clay will be the memory of High Point and what he's had to do to a) grow the club and b) make the team. There is no way the other guy is going to win that ball. They're very astute men PG and Macca.

So in one day we got around 147 new members.
Hopefully we keep it up and have a major increase when we play the pre-season games.

If we maintain this sort of rate and hopefully get a big boost from this Bulldog Blitz and all that, play some good footy in the NAB Challenge and opening rounds, we can push well past 35,000, I'd think. Not getting my hopes up but it'd be amazing just to have everyone buy in and put some money into the club and hopefully get to the games too.

We have to do at least that well. 147 a day is roughly 1000 a week and it's only about 5 weeks to the start of the season proper. I'd be hoping for at least 28,000 by the end of March.

It took mine around 2-3 weeks but i ordered just before their holidays.

But i'm still waiting for my social club card, so when the intra club game is on i'm gonna find out while its taking so long.

I signed my sons up on the same day but their packs came on different (but at least consecutive) days. I think you could safely say it is hard to predict how long the packs take to get delivered.
 
I joined today,for my 37th year of membership. If only I could be here for a match this year... :(

37th...not 38th.Old age.
