yeah terrible news for Grant and cab - hopefully it creates some sort of opportunity for a younger player *feeble attempt to find some glass half full approach.

Should be a huge weekend down at North Street as the sides to battle for the Dover Sheild, with the best on ground receiving a medal. All welcome to come down and support the day in memory of a great man! The one punch can kill program will also be raising money with activities on the day!

Also tips for this weekend?
 
Brotherofchunk back to your own forums hahah. It was horrible to see Grunter go down like that but he is certainly one person who will overcome this injury. As for the hits behind play on the weekend there was nothing to bad that went on I would just say it was a little cheeky. I don't know who you are Thunderville but you seem to have very little lack of any football knowledge. Happy forums ;-) And it should be a great day to support the one punch can kill campaign at North street this weekend.

Ok don't know whats going on at your club especially injuries think we might have a couple too. We only beat Kedron by 40 points not really a smashing win. Still think Maroochy will be tough to beat, maybe fired up after losing last week.
 
Haha peeky when u hang them up and are "impartial" u get to comment on any and all forums :)

Cpl of good comps building by the looks of it. There was talk about a rep game on the weekend - anyone know if that is happening or if its hypothetical? Aside from blokes wanting the week off and usual logistical challenges rep games have, think it would be a great concept.
 
Great forum all of a sudden! Must be ur influence BOC- although ur sponsorship is now under a federal investigation, how many games did T Mokbel play for Robina?
SMY- true the B&F dust up was unique to the previous comp, however with some of the heat the local rivalry has produced on this thread of late, I'd be surprised if everyone played nice...

Nah you have been demoted to the 2nd's Footy 1st :p Didn't know about Maroochy injuries, but still think they will be tough opposition. As you know in this great game, favourites don't always win

The 2nds??? That's a promotion Tiger, the masters haven't even called me... Ur right though, Maroochy will be a tough team to play, regardless of the result their opposition will not be able to have it all on their terms... Mayne however, they have too much everything for most sides
 
Very striking resemblance between gooch and t mokbel now u mention it!!

In all fairness it was beenleigh and Logan who proceeded to turn the b&f into wrestlemania xv so we can't take all the credit for that.

And please at this rate if u believe the forum it's going to be trompfy in the corner fighting his way out of 7 other teams players, coaches, and supporters at the b&f

Caloundra< should be a great game/day!
Kedron< The lions will get there season rolling this week and are very much the dark horses come finals time!
Mayne<game of the round! Mayne by 34 points

Can we all stop the banter about the all the dirty shots etc if something untowards happens let the Aflq officials deal with it or private message each other. We are here to have fun and talk footy.
