Get that little bit more and go Boomer.

I've decided who cares anyway. 2 trades post round 2 to t8x the cash cow problem. 1 fwd 1 back.

Some rookie will get named and get 6 or 7 in a row seemingly out of nowhere.

Keep an eye on Saint Nick with the easy early rounds the Saints have

Melbourne (ES)
GWS (ES)
West Coast (PS)
Adelaide (ES)
Essendon (ES)
Brisbane (G)
Hawthorn (MCG)
Carlton (ES)
Gold Coast (ES)

thats their fixture until the round 9 bye.
Wouldn't say it's that easy. 6/9 games the Saints will probably get belted.

Most of those teams have some good defenders. Can only see the Saints winning 2 of those games.

Your probably right, the run they have at Etihad stadium is a real drawcard for me. And to that he averages 100+ every year (bar two) for the past 9 years.

Just thinking about it, the struggles Saint Kilda are going to have through the midfield may directly impact Riewoldts scores through the sheer lack of delivery.

Out: Riewoldt
In: Charlie Dixon

Not saying we are going to win, but;

Melbourne (ES) - competitive
GWS (ES) - competitive
West Coast (PS) - yes
Adelaide (ES)- competitive
Essendon (ES) - yes
Brisbane (G) - competitive
Hawthorn (MCG) - yes
Carlton (ES) - competitive*
Gold Coast (ES) - competitive

* have been okay against them last 2 years - who knows?

Disagree on Adelaide there and even Gold Coast potentially.

I do recall people saying the same thing about bringing Buddy in last year after Round 7 before he played GC, Melb, GWS. Result: 107, 98, 81. His biggest scores for the year were against Collingwood, Freo, North, Carlton and Essendon - all top 8 finishing teams or finals contenders.

GAJ's lowest three scores last year were 67, 90 and 97 against Melbourne, St. Kilda and Port.

Pendlebury's lowest score was 92 against GWS.

Just because someone's playing easy teams doesn't mean they score well. Mentally players play better against the better teams.

Disagree on Brisbane and Adelaide. Maybe Carlton and Cold Coast too.

1 FWD spot to fill... $498K to spend.

Tossing up between:
HALE (Haw)
GUNSTON (Haw)
J.KENNEDY (WC)

Or any other recommendations will be much appreciated :thumbsu:

I already have Dangerfield, Buddy, Caddy, Pavlich, Rohan, bench: JKH,Lloyd

Cheers

The top line players raise the bar mentally when they are up against the best
