I stand by what I have said. Their merry go round is creating a shit culture. I'd say it has less to do with the actual life in Western Sydney than we think. It has more to do with being traded becoming the norm there so asking for a trade isn't as much of a cop out as it would be at the Suns.
Problem for them is once the revolving door starts turning, it's very hard to stop. Eddie called them the AFL's $100 million dollar headache today.

Less to do with the guys, more to do with good administration/welfare as well as a list manager who knows the value of stability and culture. SOS is off the rails.
Every Clayton decision seems to be about hand picking players to perform roles & fill deficiencies.

if you look at number of trades this year versus last it is statistically less BUT obviously a lot will be done before Friday. However it seems like there are players getting out of clubs all over the place

Was more referring to the GWS habit of trading out a number of players each year.

The other thing is how shit Boyd will be for the club next year. Nothing worse in an organisation than someone who doesn't want to be there. That attitude is toxic to other players. Applies to any business. You don't want negativity in your organisation.

To be fair, Christensen has shown ten times more than Gorringe. I know he's tall etc. But if Christensen is worth 21, Gorringe is worth 37. I guess there's no pressing need for us to trade him though, so we're hoping for overs.

Christensen was uncontracted and really wanted to go. Context is required. It's not that black and white when it comes to value. Also Lions got an absolute steal because Balme is totally soft at the trade table. It is universally acknowledged Christensen is worth more than pick 21. I would want pick 20-28.

Port have already added the rejected 37 to essendon for Ryder..
So no turning back now

I dont think we should trade Gorringe, and deserves a spot on our list. Unless we get a player ranked in that 20-30 range from their list. We dont need 2nd round and 3rd round picks.

Alternatively if you bundle Gorringe and perhaps pick 8 for something in their top 15 players that would be worth looking at as well
