Anyone got the skiny on when the intra-club is happening? The NAB games are looming very large on the calendar.

Cheers for all the training reports too lads. :D:thumbsu:
NAB is on this coming Friday at Mandurah so unless the Intra Club is on Monday cant see it being on Wednesday. Mark Stone in his interview from Friday that is on the Dockers website virtually said the full match sim was the Intra Club. Go to that video and you will see some of the action. :);)

This'll be the first time they haven't announced the intra-clubs as a family day. I remember going last year... the game was a rippa by Walters IIRC.

Was loking forward to seeing one of the matches before the NAB kicks in.
They may sneek some more full match sim in on Monday but instead of 12 min quarters as they might bring that back to 10. For the last 2 weeks Wednesday has been a lighter day, but still doing drills and part match sims across the field (with portable metal stakes being used for goals). If you could make training on Monday that may satisfy your competitive juices till Friday's NAB if you are going;);).

Cheesr Danny - will try to make it on Monday if at all possible.

At the risk of repeating an oft-asked question... does anyone know if there is any tickets left for the Mandurah game?

Its all been handled by Ticketmaster so maybe the club is not in a position to announce that. Mt Barker holds 7000 and they are sold out but I would think that was due to the size of the ground. I dont know the Mandurah Ground but have heard it isnt all that big but dont quote me on that.;)

On Tucker... How do the training watchers think he compares with Sutcliffe and Sheridan? Sounds like he could be an upgrade already. Sounds like I could be jumping the gun though .

I've only been to training once, but noticed his smooth moving and excellent kicking in that one session. In time I think he will certainly be an upgrade on both.

Things can change pretty quickly.

If he goes out and scores 7 goals for Peel round 1 and Tabs/Mayne fail, he will be in the selection mix the week after.
No that just means Tabs gets dropped for Crozier. Then when Crozier has 6 possessions he gets dropped for Tabs. Rinse & repeat.
If Yarran isn't fit he's no chance.

Yes. That is true. The enigmatic and precocious single position player is not going to get a game at the expense of the game plan that requires fitness and accountability. If he is not fit then I would prefer Weller or Langdon in. Possibly C Pearce.

I know it's often asked and often changes, but what time does training tomorrow normally start, and when would they finish! Wouldn't mind coming down for a look tomorrow? Cheers in advance!

Yep, Yarran is no chance until he is fit enough and has been carving up the WAFL. This is not only better for the club it is better for Yarran.

By the looks of the training reports Weller could make a good fist of a forward role if there is a availability.

yep I'm hoping Weller will get a crack at it and his chances are decent if Bennell isn't fit come round 1.

Weller looks very slick at training. He might miss a few kicks but he like Blakely read the play so well.

I just can't go past Blakely though. He is such a good stoppage player. We have an inside and an outside player for the near future.

Mate there you go again squeezing Weller's name past us thinking Meima wont see it. Meima is like a good hunting dog and he will sniff out what you have done. ha ha :D:D:D.
