Last week I had to email to get my refund, it seems I'll have to do the same this week.

Oh by the way, if I had bet on my multi being refunded every week I would be a millionaire by now. FFS.

Hmm same here, I had the Hawks and Cats in mine but I was refunded last time when I had one loss and one draw (Eagles / GC). Nothing yet.

Same here, had to email them on Wednesday to get my refund. Also yesterday morning I asked whether I could recieve my funds before yesterdays game's as they always used to refund pretty much straight away but they said they have always waited until the end of the round

Yep, refund was almost immediate in the past, last 2 weeks not so.
